PRESIDENT'S LETTER
Service Etiquette
Dear Visitor,

Welcome to the International Association of Protocol Consultants® and Officers, where sharing educational resources form the foundation of our organization.  IAPC remains an all-volunteer organization that strives to represent every area of protocol, etiquette, and civility.  I am pleased that you are visiting us today, whether you are a former member or a professional or a web friend.

IAPC maintains both an intellectual and an emotional commitment to our position in the forefront of the industry.  Our core strength is that we set high goals and achieve them.  Many protocol organizations compliment us by regularly emulating IAPC standards and following approaches that we have developed.  We are proud of the impact IAPC has made.

From it's inception, IAPC has been recognized by the industry's icons for our globally experienced faculty, higher level education, resources, and contacts.  For nearly a decade we delivered distinctive learning opportunities, memorable conferences, and personalized programs.

It is my honor and privilege to served you through the vibrant culture that is IAPC.  Thank you for visiting our Web site.

Sincerely,

Cherlynn Conetsco, IAPC President
